RAN and OATMEAL





Currently have 150kcals of Oatmeal mixed with apple pieces at the moment. Starved but eating S-L-O-W-L-Y. For sure a must!


Woke up at 5am and had a nice run! Ran around a track field a few times with a combined of sprinting, jogging and walking! 


My scale is currently dead. need a new battery! 


I feel amazing this morning and plan to go on a walk later tonight!


LET THE WEIGHT LOSS BEGIN!
